Hugh came out and diagnosed an issue I had with my Daikin ducted air conditioning. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain what the issue was. He was thorough and tested both the outside unit and the fan unit in the roof... just to make sure everything was as it should be. He gave an upfront price and came within the scheduled time. Hugh did a repair on an old split system as well as installing an additional split system at our premises. One of the main reasons we picked hugh to complete this job was because he worked for himself and was a local. Great guy! Diligent. Organised. Gets the work done when he says it will be done. Has a lot of knowledge. Is very transparent. Please do ask him a lot of questions. Cause he has a lot to say and knows a lot about air-cons. Gives great helpful tips. Example, carpets causes more dust. Remove the mesh piece and get rid of the dust every 6 months. Or just 5% of dust can affect 50% air flow quality. Even if you’re comparing, or considering a particular aircon, get his view as he is knowledgeable and well informed. If you're thinking about installing aircon, whether it be split system or ducted, Hugh is your man! Trust worthy, honest, reliable, local and knowledgeable. I have already recommended Hugh to family and friends for future assistance. And once again, many thanks Hugh.
